Missouri Governor Jay Nixon on Thursday signed five new rules in the signing ceremony which took place in the Missouri State Highway Patrol satellite office is located south of Carthage. These five new legislation is said to become the answer to many questions related to Missouri. Laws, which come into force in August, hit by five key areas. But, as governor, Nixon’s words, laws may be different, but related to each other. The governor has signed laws include those of Nixon, we are going to discuss.
House Bill 62 are the three most noted provisions. One is to prohibit the Missouri, which are not yet 21 years old to drive and send messages simultaneously. This law is imposed because Nixon believes that the attention of these young children should be on the wheel and not on their cell phones. Another provision is to protect the elderly and the target of scams, and the last is the law of Hope, which relates to possession of amphetamine’s in homes where a child under age 17 live.
House Bill 65 addresses a new law that simplifies the task of the patrol road by eliminating the need for the county sheriff or his deputy to join them in serving the search warrant. According to Nixon, the bill will County Sheriff more effectively to address issues that are of utmost importance that the security for the community.
